These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bibigallery.com, the supplier of the Service. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sales

Bibigallery is the main outlet for work by Bahar Yamini-Sharif. If any artwork is sold through another channel it will immediately be removed  from bibigallery.com. If a situation does arise where an original artwork has been sold off site and on site at the same time the onsite sale will be refunded forthwith.

Delivery times

Delivery charges will be added to your order at checkout and will reflect the sales and delivery address stated. Delivery times can vary but below is what we expcet it to take.

While we try to keep stock of printed artwork from time to time stock can run low, this could delay sending the printed artwork; in this instance you will receive an email giving you an expected delivery date. We do not stock mounted prints so the delivery times are longer to allow us to place your order.

All artwork is sent via recorded delivery (which will require a signature upon delivery) and is fully insured.

Copyright

The copyright in the artwork will remain with bibigallery.com even after ownership of the artwork is transferred to the Customer.

Returns

The customer may return the artwork(s) within 30 days of placing an order, and this will constitute cancellation of the order. The customer will be liable for return delivery expenses in this instance. Damaged goods will not be refunded.

Reviews, comments and questions

Visitors may send reviews, comments, and other communications, and submit suggestions, ideas, or questions to info@bibigallery.com. By doing so, you acknowledge that we will be free to use, disclose,  modify, license, reproduce,  transfer and exploit any of the foregoing suggestions or ideas in any manner.

Risk of loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Law

This Agreement is entered in England and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, English law. The courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any cost, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these rules and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Using bibigallerys services constitutes acceptance of these rules.
